You can donate to event participants by clicking the “Donate” button on your event site. Once clicked, you will be presented with an option to search for the participant that you would like to donate to.
The Billing Info Name should be the name that appears on the payment method being used and is the name that will appear on the tax receipt (i.e. John Smith). The Recognition Name is the name that appears on the participant’s donor list (i.e. Dad).

Be sure to specify which MS Bike you are donating to on the front of the envelope (i.e. Attn: MS Bike - Niagara). In order to ensure our records are accurate, please ensure participant and donor details are clearly identified and legible on the Donation Tracking Form.

For cash donations, we accept EFTs and drop offs at your local RBC bank. Please reach out to bike.finance@mscanada.ca and we will provide you with instructions on how to get your donations to us.
For security reasons, credit cards will be blocked on occasion if our system notices unusual activity surrounding the transaction. Unusual activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Information entered on the donation form does not match the info found on the billing details of the credit card
- Multiple successful transactions have been made within short time window (usually a few minutes)
- Multiple failed transactions have been made from the same IP address

All participants who individually raise $500 or more are eligible to receive fundraising rewards. Please visit our Fundraising Rewards page for the levels and incentive items for MS Bike.
A member of the MS Bike team will be in touch to congratulate you for reaching a fundraising milestone and confirm that you’d like to receive your rewards. You’ll also see a badge added to your Personal Page when you have hit a new fundraising milestone! If you can’t wait to hear from us to submit your reward selection, please email msbike@mscanada.ca with your information.
All donations received before September 30 will be counted towards your fundraising reward totals.

All our MS Bike apparel items ship from a warehouse in Ontario. Depending on your location in the country, your selection may take from 3-6 weeks to arrive in the mail. There will be a select amount of apparel available at each in-person MS Bike location as well, ready for immediate pick up during the event weekend.
For online donations made by credit card, tax receipts are sent out immediately directly to the donor’s email.
For cash or cheque donations, tax receipts will be sent out 6-8 weeks post-event.
