Welcome to 2025 MS Bike - Canada-Wide, where you can go the distance and make a difference - from anywhere! Gather your friends and family, take a bike ride in your neighbourhood and join the tens of thousands of Canadians cycling to raise funds in support of people living with MS.
After you ride 90 km (and log it on Ride with GPS) we’ll send you an EXCLUSIVE finisher medal to show the positive impact you have made.

We want to ensure every MS Bike participant has the best experience possible. Whether you join us in person at 2025 MS Bike - Canada-Wide or decide to ride in a different way and record your hours on Ride with GPS, we fully support it! Completing a 90km ride and sharing your experiences online using the hashtag #MSBike allows you to stay connected and an essential part of our MS Bike community.
