When you join MS Bike, you’re not just cycling – you're actively supporting the effort to find a cure for MS. Every kilometer you ride and every dollar you raise contributes directly to advancing research and treatment. This fully supported ride provides everything you need to succeed and make a difference.
We recognize the incredible effort you put into supporting MS Bike. Participants who meet the fundraising minimum will receive:
- The 2025 MS Bike T-shirt
- For cyclists raising $500 or more, additional rewards and incentives are available, check out the Fundraising Rewards page for full details and qualification criteria
Safety and comfort are our priorities. During the ride, participants can rely on:
- Rest Stops, stocked with hydration, snacks, and nutrition
- Route Support: Clear signage, medics, bike mechanics, and ride marshals to guide and assist you along the way
- Direct access to event staff for immediate assistance
Participants can expect a fully supported and rewarding experience, including:
- Access to comprehensive fundraising & preparation support
- Recognition and rewards for fundraising milestones
- On-route safety and support throughout the ride

February 2nd, 2025 – May 30th, 2025
- In-Person Cyclist: $40 Virtual
- Cyclist: FREE
June 1st, 2025 – August 9th, 2025 (Event Day)
- In-Person Cyclist: $60
- Virtual Cyclist: FREE
- Minimum age to ride: 12
- Fundraising minimum: $500
- E-bikes and Recumbents: welcome – follow local regulations
- Walk-up registrations: accepted and we encourage registering early
- Rain or Shine. Lightning or dangerous weather will be noted and advised upon on the event specific websites
- Non-Expired helmets required
- Personal vehicles prohibited on route and rest stops (SAG will be available)
- Pets are not allowed – service animals are welcome
- Minimum age on or before event day (no exceptions) (12 years old)
- Youth must be always accompanied by an adult
- Same rules apply for tandem bicycles
- No trailers, tagalongs or child carriers permitted on the route
